Returns and Exchanges for Türkiye Orders:

Product return requests are made based on the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law and Regulation, within the following criteria.
Consumers have the right to return the product for online sales (with distance contracts). Accordingly, we provide support for the return of unused products at any time by submitting invoices for purchases made from www.rawaqkids.com the exchange and return of the products you have purchased over the internet are made online

 

ATTENTION : There is no right to refund and change due to international orders.

 

** No refunds are made for products with special prices, the price of the product is given to our customer as a numeral store credit to be used in the next purchase. **

In order to provide a refund, we accept the return of the product and make your refund after the notification is made by phone or e-mail within 7 working days of the delivery of the order, the shipping fee to be covered by the BUYER, our customers. The requests made after this time period are evaluated within 10 working days after the product delivery, together with the return of the product to us with a voucher.

After your returned products reach us, your products are examined in order of the transaction following the acceptance process. Your return amount will be paid to you within 10 working days after your returned products are received by us   . The refund of your return will be refunded according to the payment method (cash / installment) you make when ordering on our site. Since the returns are made by automatic systems, the refund is also concluded according to the payment type of the order you have created in the system.

    • You can return your unused, undamaged and uncut inner / outer labels purchased from www.rawaqkids.com at any time. 
  1. Returning the Product Fee to You
  • Your product / products will be examined after they reach us and if they comply with the return conditions, they will be accepted and your refund will be made according to your payment method in the order.
  • When your return is made, you will be notified by e-mail
  • The period of reflection of your refund to your account will vary depending on your bank. Please do not forget to check your account.
  • Refunds for returns to our stores are made using the payment method you used in the order. However, the repayment of orders created with one of the transfer / EFT payment methods is made to your bank account by obtaining your IBAN information. 
  • In case of returning orders that you have created by money order / EFT, the amount allocated by the bank cannot be refunded while making the payment.
