Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Türkiye nationally observed holidays. We’re pleased to provide an enhanced shopping experience for international customers.

Shipping Options & Times 

Türkiye orders which payments are approved until 14.00 p.m. will be sent by Yurtiçi Kargo. Delivery duration is 1-3 business days.

 

International orders which payments are approved until 14.00 p.m. will be sent by ARAMEX EXPRESS CARGO. Delivery duration is 4-7 business days.

 

After your order is received. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) Since delivery timeframes vary depending on destination, a more accurate estimate will be provided during checkout. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

AT THE DELIVERY DO I PAY DELIVERY COST TO COURIER?

Overseas orders have a shipping price. When you are confirming the order, the amount added to your bill So that you don’t make any payment to courier.

International orders will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included. You may need to pay additional local taxes at the time of delivery of your order.
